Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Please send the Goods to:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
